Because our products are handmade and custom made to order, our refund and return policy is outlined below.
Handmade & Made to Order Items
All products are handmade and prepared specifically for each order. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or personal preference.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging orders securely to prevent damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To request assistance, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Failure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery may result in the claim being declined.
Once your claim is reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement of the item
- Store credit
- Refund (where applicable)
Resolutions are provided at our discretion depending on the nature of the issue.
Returns
As our items are custom made, we generally do not accept returns.
Returns will only be considered if:
- The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival
- The issue has been reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The item is unused and in original condition
If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
